Quality & Factory Audit

We implement strict 3-stage QC system for all orders:

Pre-production QC: Confirm raw material, mold cavity, EVA insert, logo craft and stitching before mass production.
In-line Inspection: Check EVA thermoforming, fabric lamination, zipper strength and stitching density during production.
Final Full Inspection: Test shock resistance, waterproof performance, dimension and printing effect before packing and shipment.

Customers can send own QC team or third-party inspection agency to audit goods on site.

We adopt low-odor non-toxic EVA without harmful plasticizer. All fabrics can pass environmental protection certification.

MOQ, Lead Time & Payment Terms

Sample Time: 5-10 working days after all specs, fabric swatches and logo artwork confirmed; extra 7-30 days if new mold is required.
Mass Production: 15-30 working days after deposit received and pre-production sample approved.
Urgent orders are available with extra expedite surcharge.

EVA hard case with existing mold: 200 pcs
Custom EVA hard case with new mold: 200-500 pcs
Textile fabric soft pouch / sleeve: 200-500 pcs

Small trial orders below standard MOQ are negotiable, but unit price will be higher due to fixed setup & material cost.

Sample cost ranges from USD30 - USD350, depends on mold opening, fabric type and logo craft complexity. Full sample fee will be deducted from your first bulk order payment.

Standard term: 50% T/T deposit to start mass production, 50% balance before shipment. Flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term large-volume brand partners. We support USD, EUR and RMB settlement.

Material, Logo Custom & Product Range

Multiple logo crafts available for your choice: emboss / deboss, silk screen printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, woven label, metal badge, PVC patch. We can match Pantone color for your brand identity.

Outer Surface Fabric: 75D/150D Jiaji Cloth, 600D/1680D Oxford Cloth, PU leather, nylon canvas, cationic fabric,etc.
Mid EVA Foam: Thickness 4mm/5mm/6mm/7mm customizable; Hardness range 40°-80° Shore A for different shockproof demand.
Inner Lining: Velvet, Crystal Velvet, Non-woven fabric, jersey cloth, sponge, integrated hot-press EVA insert with custom cutouts.

Two core product lines for full OEM & ODM customization:

EVA Hard Protective Case: Storage box for earphone, camera, power tool, medical device, beauty instrument, drone, cosmetic set.
Textile Soft Bag / Pouch: Fabric storage sleeve, neoprene bag, drawstring sack, makeup soft pouch, portable carry bag with handle / shoulder strap.

Custom size, internal compartment, zipper, buckle, hand strap and shoulder strap are all supported.

Factory Visit

Our production factory is based in Guangdong, China. Please contact our sales team in advance to reserve factory visiting schedule. We can arrange free pick-up service from Guangzhou airport or high-speed railway station for your business trip.
